REPAIR SERVICES

With our five-year warranty – the longest in the electrical safety compliance industry – along with our “we answer our phones” Customer Care Team, you can be assured that Associated Research has you covered.

We guarantee to repair all hipot testers and power sources currently in production as well as products discontinued less than five years ago. For products discontinued for more than five years, repairs will be completed if parts are available.

All repairs include a standard calibration completed in our A2LA Accredited Calibration Lab. If an ISO Calibration is required, a $300 charge will be added to the cost of the repair.

Important note: We promise to complete the repair of your instrument within five business days of receiving it. If not, we will pay the return freight.

Flat Rate Prices

Our goal is to simplify the repair process. We’ve removed the estimation process and promise to fix your power source under our Flat Rate Repair policy.

*Hipot and Ground Bond repair, for the 8206, 8207, 8256 and 8257, have a flat rate repair of $1,340. Please submit your purchase order using the flat rate of $1,340.

**If these models require repair on the leakage current testing functionality of the instrument, then the flat rate repair will be $2,890. In this instance, our team will reach out to you to amend your PO.

Note: We cannot support, calibrate, or repair instruments discontinued greater than 10 years.
Any instrument we receive that is physically damaged or grossly misused will be charged an additional $200.00 to the flat rate repair price, as long as that instrument is deemed repairable.
