SHANNON SIVAK

As the Director of Global Sales, I am responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales revenue across all Ikonix brands in our global markets. I have been a valued team member since 1999. I started my career with the ARI brand as an inside sales representative and transitioned into direct sales and sales channel management in 2001 for the Western U.S. In 2007, I was promoted to the North American Sales Manager to launch the APT brand. From 2017 to 2019, I was promoted to the Global Sales Manager for the APT, ARI, and SCI brands for the Americas and EMEA markets. I earned an MBA from Auburn University with a focus on leadership and B.S. in Marketing from MacMurray College. My passions outside of work include camping, continuous learning, motorcycle riding, scuba diving, traveling, and volunteering in my community.

As Sales Manager, I have been a valued team member since 2005. My extensive application and product knowledge enables me to be a valuable resource to my customers that extends well beyond the point of sale. I have developed employee training programs, assisted customers in navigating proper selections of equipment, and have extensive experience with technical support. I am fully dedicated to my customers. This dedication has resulted in the development of long-term relationships with customers such as BSH, Electrolux, Intertek, Frymaster and Hill Phoenix. I am a family man and sports enthusiast. In my spare time I enjoy bowling, golfing and traveling.

Senior Business Development Specialist

As the Midwest Senior Business Development Specialist , I have been a valued team member since 2000. I have performed a multitude of electrical safety seminars in the United States and in Canada. I have extensive application and product knowledge, which allows me to remain a valuable resource to my customer base. Beyond safety seminars, I have provided training and troubleshooting sessions for countless customers, many of which have been customers since day one. Aside from work and raising a family, I enjoy the outdoors, staying active and playing guitar.

As the International Business Development Specialist for the Latin America, Canada, and any other uncovered territories in the world, I have been a valued team member since 2003. I have extensive application and product knowledge which allows me to be a valuable resource to my customers. One of my favorite aspects of my position is building relationships with my customers. As an avid fan of Chicago sports teams, I’m a die-hard Cubs, Bears, and Bulls fan. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family especially my two children. I also enjoy reading and learning about US history and politics.

DEIDRE MESSINA

Inside Sales Leader

As the Inside Sales Leader, I am responsible for leading and coaching the Inside Sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Additionally, I manage partnerships with our US distributor network. I am customer-focused and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. I have a BA in Communications from Ohio State University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Outside of work, I am kept busy by my two wonderful daughters. I enjoy cooking and baking, watching hockey, and skiing whenever I get the chance.

As a Business Development Specialist, I utilize the help of my team to facilitate sales domestically in the Eastern territory. In this role, I work with customers directly in order to provide support and solutions to any issues they may have. Backed by an organization with industry leading technical and application knowledge, we are committed to providing our International partners and customers alike with prompt support and proactive engagement. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy staying close to my New England roots and pursuing my lifelong interest in international relations.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator covering the West and Midwest territories, I dedicate my time to supporting our customer in those regions. I enjoy interacting with our customers to understand their needs and offering them the best solution for their application. During my time at Ikonix, I have moved from operations to sales giving me a vast amount of knowledge on our products and electrical safety testing. Outside of my ISC role, I enjoy strength training, outdoor activities like kayaking, music festivals, and watching my soccer(football) team Arsenal FC.

As Inside Sales Coordinator, I assist customers in the South/Southwest and Eastern territories covering the SCI brand as well as the 3200 and 3800 series for Associated Research. This role has not only taught me about the electrical safety industry but prepared me to assist our customers with any questions or needs they may have. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, talking sports, and playing golf in the warm weather.
