PLC Control Capability

Remote Input and Output ports offer a variety of test controls for easy PLC integration. Our 9-pin “D” type remote I/O ports allow for instrument control through PLC signals.

Interface BUS Commands

Simple ASCII-based text commands that allow test functions to be fully automated. Associated Research instruments can be controlled via ASCII-text-based commands for remote programming and communication through the BUS.

Out-of-the Box Software Solutions

WithStand^®

Desktop (no internet connection required) and SaaS platform that allows you to easily record, track, and store hipot test data. For sensitive test sequences, the standalone desktop version allows test files and results to be stored locally. Cloud storage ensures tests and associated data will never be lost or altered; all information is stored immediately to the cloud for access at any time.

WithStand supports Associated Research instruments, including the Hypot®, HypotULTRA®, OMNIA® II, HypotMAX®, and 620L tester models as well as the SC6540 Multiplexers.

IVI/LabVIEW Drivers

Instrument drivers for customized automated control and programming. Our IVI Driver Technical Guide provides step-by-step installation and implementation instructions.

IVI and LabVIEW drivers allow customers to increase performance and flexibility regardless of the complexity of the hipot test application. The interchangeability of IVI drivers limits the need for code revisions when an instrument changes.
