We guarantee repair for all instruments that are in production, as well as instruments discontinued less than 5 years. Our ability to repair instruments discontinued greater than 5 years is dependent upon parts availability.
All flat rate repairs include standard calibration and guaranteed 3 day turnaround. If your instrument ships late, we pay the freight! See your instrument’s journey first-hand.
Attention! For orders received on or after July 18th we currently have a 10 business day turnaround time for Repairs.

- We guarantee calibration and repair for all instruments that are in production, as well as instruments discontinued no longer than 5 years. Our ability to calibration and repair instruments discontinued greater than 5 years is dependent upon parts availability. We cannot support, calibrate or repair instruments discontinued greater than 10 years.
- Repair Services include a 90 day warranty on work performed.
- Installed options are not covered under our Flat Rate Repair program and may require an additional charge.
- Instruments we receive that are physically damaged or grossly misused will be assessed an additional $200.00 to the flat rate repair price.
- Service Can No Longer Be Guaranteed For the Following Models: AC1000, 4500D, 8100 Series
- Beginning January 2018, The following Models Will No Longer Be Serviceable: 905D
- 2018 Is The Last Year Of Guarantee Service For The Following Models: 3600, 7704
